Warning signs of addiction

If you find yourself obsessed with being on your phone or other digital device, or unable to focus on anything else, or increasingly anxious when not able to use it, this is a sign of screen addiction. Other symptoms include being preoccupied with screens, finding it difficult to regulate screen time, and finding it hard to connect with people in the physical world. Additionally, feeling irritable and agitated when not able to use your device, or cutting back on activities or social relationships to use your device are all signs of addiction. If you think you may have a problem, consult with a mental health professional.
